Applications are invited for the position of Chief Executive Officer of the Samoa Housing Corporation.
The Chief Executive Officer is the administrative head of the Corporation whose mandate is to provide financial assistance to members of the public to develop housing and residential properties and administer rental housing.
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Board of Directors and must comply with the Corporations Statutory responsibilities as well as the requirements of the Public Bodies (Performance and Accountability) Act 2001 and related legislation.
Interested applicants should have at least ten (10) years senior management experience in housing and development finance or related discipline. An understanding of financial management, appropriate educational and professional qualifications is essential. A desire and commitment to find innovative ways for the Corporation to assist the community in developing existing resources and creating new opportunities and taking the Corporation to higher levels is vital.

The appointment is for a term of three (3) years and is in accordance with the standard terms and conditions for CEOs in the public sector.
